Balin, an internationally acclaimed character of silent comics, is a small, fun loving mouse who lives in the water pipes of the city. In his subterranean world, he manages to find the necessary to live comfortably, surprising the audience with his infinite ingenuity and kindness. He was the first character created by Neptune Films in 1992.
