Instituto Cervantes Library in London

The Instituto Cervantes Library in London holds in his catalogue the best collection of Spanish and Latin American Films in VHS and DVD in UK.

The Instituto Cervantes library was created in 1991 and inherited the library of the Instituto de España, which opened in London in 1946.

Its collection includes books, videos, CDs and DVDs about Spain and Latin America.  The Instituto Cervantes library periodically buys items for its collection and some are also donated by individuals and organisations.

The majority of its collection is in Spanish but there are also books and films in the other official Spanish languages (Catalan, Galician and Basque) as well as English.

The Instituto Cervantes is screening the documentary film ‘NO-DO: Time and Memory’ on 29th January. Unfortunately we shall be away on that date and unable to see it. Is there any chance that you have a copy of the film on DVD or VHS which we could see at a later date?
    Many thanks for your help.

    Hello,
At the moment, we don’t have a copy of this film in our library. I’ve sent forward your message to our cultural department. They will contact you as soon as possible.

    Best wishes,
    David
