Antonio Ruiz, a prestigious plastic surgeon from Andalusia, lives in Seville with his wife Cristina and two children. He is a fifty-something who has taken care of his appearence and is about to become a grandfather. He is healthy man and remains young at heart.
Antonio is invited to a medical confrence in Buenos Aires. His personal asistant during the event is a young, attractive woman named Delia. During his stay, Antonio begins to enjoy her company and their meetings always put a smile on his face.
